Refund Policy

General

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after an investigation. In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders/subscriptions and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows

We would also thank and appreciate your purchase of service with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any booking you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our Website. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the Website the booking is not fulfilled by the Website then the booking shall be cancelled and refunded, if any payment was made in respect of that booking prior to commencement of the service.

We are not liable for any cancellations/refunds/payments for bookings placed by the Users for bookings done through other links and not through the Website

FAILED BOOKING

In case a Customer is unable to complete the booking process, but money has been deducted from their account, the User can send an email to Us at refund@engageindia.com with the following on the body of the email:

  • Your transaction number and our Order No. as given in our Invoice
  • The user ID of the Login as approved for you by us on the Website
  • c) A brief description of the problem with the booking you are facing
  • d) And tell us whether you are seeking to retry the booking or a refund.

Your request will be processed within 48 working hours, and you will receive an email letting you know your refund is under production. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full amount 2 paid by you in respect of the failed booking within 7 days, after verifying the particulars of the transaction with the Operator

CANCELLATION

The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any booking(s):

  • if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
  • if it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or
  • in case of unavailability of a booking, or/li>
  • for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties./li>
  • if the Company does not want to do business with the User

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of booking service and pricing, the details of a booking as reflected on the Website may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the Company by a supplier and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards payment of such bookings

In such event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards payment of such bookings

  • If cancelled within 4 hours of effecting the first payment – 10% of invoice amount
  • f cancelled after 4 hours and before 8 hours of effecting payment – 25% of invoice amount
  • If cancelled after 8 hours and before approval of service – 50% of invoice amoun
  • If cancelled after approval of service by the platform – 100% of invoice amoun

All applicable taxes, including GST, will be in addition to the above charges

REFUND

Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees beyond the cancellation fee specified in clause 3, if applicable, as a result of such return. We will withhold reimbursement until we have confirmed final cancellation of the booking with the tutor.

Users will have to do their due diligence about our EI Enablers before taking up their service on the platform and hence we will not entertain any refund of fee once the service has been provided by the EI Enabler for whatsoever reason.

For any reason, as approved by the CEO of the platform in writing, the Platform will refund the amount to the User after deducting 50% towards service charges. The Refund will take place within 30 days from the date it received the latest payment.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

We request our Users to Performa adequate Due Diligence before they take up services in our website, as Platform will not entertain any request for Annual Membership Subscription Cancellation once it has been approved, as given in Clause 2 above. Do not wait until the end of a billing or subscription period to make a subscription cancellation request because such requests are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive them. As it takes longer for us to receive postal mail than electronic mail, we recommend that you email your request. Providing us with your account/subscription number (if you have one) can also speed up the process of honouring your request.

We will confirm your subscription has been cancelled by either email or postal mail

EXCHANGE

Once the Job Enabler is been assigned, it will be the sole discretion of the Platform to make any alternate arrangements on for the beneficiary
